The "Koinè" community, which was formed as a socio-educational community, and evolved over time to be a rehabilitative/therapeutic community as well, and is now aimed at welcoming male minors, who are at risk of delinquency as a result of family, psychological, material and socio-cultural difficulties; those with psychiatric problems; those facing criminal trials;
