After an initial period of observation
(around three months), aimed at getting to know one
another (structural), staff make an initial valuation
of the client's problems: such an evaluation forms
the basis for the appropriate program for the individual,
bearing in mind the particular needs of each case,
their difficulties and their abilities, as well as
setting out the personalized objectives to be pursued.
The objectives are revisited every six months in the
course of the community stay and are discussed and
verified at periodic meetings with the appropriate
authorities...

The rehabilitative/therapeutic
project for the client is based on the need to not
exclude, except in certain specific cases, the families
of the children in the program, and on the importance
of their involvement within the context of the program.
In this respect, the community, which works mainly
with the client, requires the relevant authorities,
as far as they are able, to lead meetings of a psycho-educational
and / or therapeutic nature with the families, with
the aim of promoting a parallel or complementary change
to the development of the child. ...

From the point of view of personalisation,
it is envisaged that, in accordance with the relevant
authorities, there will be the possibility of a "community
career" or rather, the movement from one group
apartment to another, or from one community to another
that is at the equivalent emotional maturity of the
client and to the right level regarding the client's
needs, as outlined by the staff (for example, movement
of the client, who finds himself in a critical and
/ or regressive phase, into a more protected group)...

various professions: doctors, psychologists / psychotherapists,
technical co-ordinators of the community, social assistant,
nurse, supervisor of the pedagogical-cultural area,
