QUALIFY the work of the employees - whether
they are members, employees or volunteers - and
their cultural and professional growth, ensuring
that they have the support of experts, continual
training, and the opportunity to measure themselves
and compare themselves with others' experiences,
creating every possible condition to ensure that
each person's performance can be developed with
the guarantee of recognition and respect of personal
dignity and the needs of those concerned and their
families.
In concrete terms: A continuous training project
is planned, and it is in the course of being realised,
which aims to requalify, establish and research
new forms of intervention, responding in the most
appropriate way to the needs of the client.
The requalification will materialise through attendance
of in-house specialisation courses, aimed at establishing
knowledge of the intervention, whilst, in this context,
the Co-operative, will charge a specially qualified
staff member to suggest and formulate the various
behaviour types to put together a program, suitable
verification and documentation tools to materialise
the specific objective of reintegration to society.
The LILIUM co-operative aims to work by matching
the needs of clients. Within the limits of availability,
and their potential use, it will attempt to reach
their individual goal:
Equipping the premises appropriately; making available
the most appropriate tools;
practising work methods that bear in mind the needs
of the client at every moment;
respect for the principle of constant exchange and
the circulation of information between professionals
who are employed within the context of every single
client, with the aim of uniformly conducting the
programs set by the experts;
not to neglect suggestions that come from different
disciplines, from constant updating of knowledge,
working in harmony with other service providers
that could be necessary or useful for the client;
documenting with particular diligence - both before
and after - each type of activity, whether it be
administrative - accounting, or substantial, with
the aim of transparency and conveying the knowledge
and results (contracts, exceptions, relations etc);
developing a sharing culture between members, employees
and stakeholders, so that everyone is engaged in
reaching the goals of the Co-operative.
To everyone involved, we request motivation, professionalism,
loyalty, transparency and honesty, combined with
a collaborative spirit in interprofessional relations;
from everyone, it is expected that they behave in
a way that respects the dignity of the clients and
their sensitivities.
To keep to the work plan, the Co-operative, as well
as utilising the best economic resources coming
from the State and Regional funds, public and private
institutions, will demonstrate to financing companies
the correct use of funds. We will go in search of
financial funding from sources that correspond to
the quality of our service, without overlooking
original solutions such as consortia; investing
in improving equipment and resources that could
result from the investment and / or profit deriving
from economic activity and that could be undertaken
in the course of the activity.
